1/8" standard thickness
All standard blanks are 1/8" (approx. 3mm) cast acrylic. 3/16" is available by upgrade quote.
Standard cutting envelope
Standard blanks fit within a 23" × 12" cutting envelope. Round blanks max 12" diameter.
Longer pieces by quote
Need a blank up to 23" × 118"? Use our long-length quote form below. Subject to manufacturing review.
Custom shapes & bulk pricing

Undecorated blanks
All blanks are supplied undecorated. Size describes the outside dimensions of the cut shape.
Color appearance
Color appearance can vary by screen. Minor manufacturer tolerances may apply.
Made-to-order
Lead times are confirmed at order acceptance. DFW local pickup available.
Specialty materials
Solid, Glitter, and Mirror finishes are available for direct purchase on all standard shapes and sizes. Fluorescent or specialty acrylic requires a custom quote.
Door Hanger sizes
Mini (3"×7"), Standard (3.5"×8"), and Large (4"×10") are all available for direct purchase. Oversized (5"×12") is a specialty size available by quote only.
